PRICING FAQ

Are these prices fixed or just estimates?
These are indicative starting prices based on typical project scope. Every business is different — a discovery call lets us scope your exact requirements and provide a fixed-price quote. We don't do hidden fees or surprise invoices.
Do you include Microsoft 365 licence costs in your pricing?
No — Microsoft licence costs are separate and billed directly by Microsoft (or through us as your reseller). Our pricing covers implementation, configuration, and support services only. We'll always show you the total cost of ownership upfront.
Can I combine a project build with an ongoing retainer?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Build your solution with us, then stay on a retainer for ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements. Clients on retainer get priority scheduling for new project work.
Do you work with businesses outside South Africa?
Yes — we work remotely with clients across Southern Africa and beyond. All pricing is in ZAR. For international clients, we can discuss USD or ZAR billing depending on project size.
What payment terms do you offer?
Project work is typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept EFT and can arrange invoicing terms for established clients.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
All listed prices exclude VAT. VAT at the current rate of 15% will be added to your invoice if applicable. We are a registered VAT vendor and will provide a valid tax invoice for all services.
